    * WHAT...Heavy snow. Storm total accumulation will range from 12
    to 24 inches, with amounts near 30 inches in parts of the
    southern Green Mountains.
    * WHERE...Southern Vermont, Western Massachusetts, the Capital
    Region, Glens Falls Saratoga region, the central and northern
    Taconics, and northern parts of the mid Hudson Valley of eastern
    New York.
    * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday.
    * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible. The
    evening commute today will be affected.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of snow are expected through much
    of tonight, tapering off before sunrise Tuesday. Snowfall rates
    could reach 1 inch per hour at times into this evening.

    * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
    conditions will impact the evening commute.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates over an inch per hour likely
    late this afternoon with heavier bands.
